1. Sweepstakes Timing/Description:

The Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Team Xtreme Pick Your Play Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 12/19/12 & ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/13/13 ("Promotion Period"). Promoter’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the Promotion Period in a random drawing ("Grand Prize random drawing") from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Five (5) First Prize(s) will be awarded at the end of each month in a random drawing ("Monthly Drawing") from among all eligible entries received for each month during the Promotion Period. One hundred fifty (150) Second Prizes will be awarded at the end of each month (except December 2012 and December 2013, when (99) Second Prizes will be awarded) ("Monthly Drawing") from among all eligible entries received for each month during the Promotion Period.

2. How to Enter:

You may enter online or at our website through a wireless mobile device. To enter the Sweepstakes, go to www.goldfishfun.com at any time during the Promotion Period. Click on the Team Xtreme Pick Your Play Sweepstakes button, and you will be taken to the Team Xtreme Pick Your Play Sweepstakes home page. If you are a current Team Xtreme member, you will be asked to sign in with your user name and password. You will then receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes when you provide your parent’s email address and click "submit" during the Promotion Period. If you are not a current Team Xtreme member, you must sign up to become a Team Xtreme member by completing the Team Xtreme registration page including your user name, birth date, state, and password. Once you have become a Team Xtreme member, you can receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes when you provide your parent’s email address and click "submit" during the Promotion Period. Entry(ies) must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/13/13 in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize random drawing. Entry(ies) must be received from 12:00 AM ET on the first day of a month through 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of a month in order to be eligible for that Monthly Drawing. Entry(ies) received in each month will not be eligible for subsequent Monthly Drawings. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person/user name via this method during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) user name per person. You will only receive one entry when you register for the Sweepstakes. Additional Entries: You can earn one additional entry in the Sweepstakes each day by recording your play time in the Play Tracker on the GoldfishFun.com website. An entry is earned when a minimum of 30 minutes of play time is recorded. There is a maximum of one additional entry each day, regardless of the amount of play time recorded in the Play Tracker. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. An entrant can earn a maximum of 359 extra entries via this method during the Promotion Period. Additional entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/13/13 in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize random drawing. Additional entries must be received from 12:00 AM ET on the first day of a month through 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of a month in order to be eligible for that Monthly Drawing. Additional entries received for each month will not be eligible for subsequent Monthly Drawings.

Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Online entries made with multiple user names/e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any agent or other device or artifice to play multiple times in one day will be deemed invalid. Pepperidge Farm, Inc., 595 Westport Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851 ("Sponsor"), Promoter, and all Prize providers assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof, or for lost, stolen, late, illegible, misdirected, entries or mail. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. If a dispute results as to the identity of an online participant, it will be determined that the Sweepstakes entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address that was submitted with the entry. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor will only collect personally identifiable information from the parents of those entrants who are potential winners, and solely for the purpose of notifying winners and awarding Prizes.

Wireless mobile device access to our website is not available without a wireless connection (e.g. Wi-Fi or wireless carrier connection) and may not be available on all wireless carriers and in all areas of the U.S. Message and data rates may apply. 3. Parental Permission:

Upon initial registration by a child entrant, the parent of the entrant will be sent an email (via the email address provided upon registration), notifying them that their child (identified only by user name) would like to enter the Sweepstakes. The parent can then elect to opt-out his/her child and prevent him/her from entering. If the parent opts to have the child removed from the Sweepstakes, child entrant’s initial entry will be void. The child will receive a message upon his/her next login to the site that he/she is not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The child entrant will however be able to participate in other sections of the website. Monthly update emails will also be sent to the parent during the Promotion Period notifying him/her of the activity logged by his/her child. A parent can opt out his/her child at any time during the Promotion Period. For further information, parents can view the Pepperidge Farm privacy policy at www.pepperidgefarm.com.

4. Random Drawings:

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about 12/30/13 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Five (5) First Prize winners will be selected in each Monthly Drawing which will be conducted on or about the 15th of the month following entry from among all eligible entries received for that respective month; and one hundred fifty (150) Second Prize winners will be selected in each Monthly Drawing (except December 2012 and December 2013 when (99) Second Prizes will be selected) between the months of January 2013 and November 2013 which will be conducted on or about the 15th of the month following entry from among all eligible entries received for that respective month. In the event there are not enough eligible entries received for a Monthly Drawing to award all First and Second Prizes, those remaining First and Second Prizes will not be awarded. All drawings will be conducted by Tenthwave Digital LLC, 35 Pinelawn Rd, Suite 207W, Melville, NY 11747 ("Promoter"), an independent judging organization. Parents of potential prize winners will be notified by email, and asked to provide their mailing address for prize fulfillment and their child’s apparel size, if needed. Decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

5. Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, ages 6 - 13 years of age only at time of entry. Employees, agents, representatives, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of Sponsor, and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, parent companies, Prize providers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of Sweepstakes materials, advertising and promotion agencies, and Promoter, are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Promotion. Sweepstakes void in overseas APO/FPOs, Puerto Rico & where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.

6. Prizes/Odds of Winning:

One (1) Grand Prize: A 4 night/5 day trip for (4) to a location within the U.S. to participate in one of the 12 activities featured throughout the promotion. Prize includes air transportation, hotel accommodations, hotel/airport transportation, $1,000 spending money and activities corresponding to the destination chosen. Actual value of trip prize depends upon the city of departure, time of travel, any airfare fluctuations and on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value if any, will not be awarded. See "Travel Restrictions" section below for further information. Average Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $7,000.

Sixty five (65) First Prizes awarded as follows:

Total ARV of all First Prizes: $ 26,254.95

One thousand eight hundred and forty eight (1,848) Second Prizes awarded as follows:

Total ARV of all prizes: $112,297.95. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a First or Second Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each Monthly Drawing.*

7. Prize Restrictions:

All merchandise Prizes will be awarded approximately 10-12 weeks after prize notification (subject to Sponsor’s verification of eligibility). Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions allowed except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case substitution will be of equal or greater value. Limit one Prize per month per individual/family/household. Prizes may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Merchandise prizes are awarded "as is" and any and all guarantees and warranties on merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturers’ terms and conditions, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim.

8. Travel Restrictions:

Parent/legal guardian of Grand Prize Winner must sign travel release for himself/herself as well as for minor winner and all guests (or their parent/legal guardian if a guest is a minor) must sign a travel release prior to traveling. Trip is subject to air/hotel availability and confirmation of reservations; certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer. Airline and flight times to be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. One or more stopovers may be required on air transportation. Winner, parent/legal guardian and any additional guest must travel together at the same time on the same itinerary. Air transportation, if applicable, and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Once trip dates have been booked, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner/parent legal guardian/guests must confirm available travel dates and flight times selected by the Sponsor at least three (3) weeks prior to travel dates. No extension or change of trip dates permitted. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or similar items once they are in winner's possession, or in the possession of winner's guests. If the winner lives within 100 miles of prize destination city, the air transportation portion of the prize will not be awarded and ground transportation will be substituted and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner, parent/legal guardian and any other passengers must possess valid ID and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents (passport, etc.) in order to travel. Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and Tenthwave Digital LLC ("Sweepstakes Entities") shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. Prize components cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and no portion may be separated except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize conditions may be added or modified by companies providing those portions of the prize. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the affidavit and release and/or prize travel documents. Costs for room and tax only based on two rooms with double occupancy; and meals, telephone calls, baggage fees, and other incidentals are not included.

9. Prize Winner Notification and Verification:

Parents/legal guardians of potential First and Second Prize winners will be notified by email on or about the 15th of the month following entry. Parent/legal guardian of potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email on or about 1/5/14. Winner confirmation is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Parent/legal guardian of potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and Federal and State tax release, and parents/legal guardians of potential First and Second Prize winners will be required to complete an address request form, including appropriate size information if applicable, and return same, properly executed, within 7 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return any or all documents as specified, a Prize or Prize notification being returned as undeliverable, or potential winner not complying with any term of these Official Rules will result in the participant being disqualified and the Prize may be awarded to a potential alternate winner.

10. Conditions of Participation:

By entering, entrants and their parents agree to be bound by these Official Rules & the decisions of the judges, which are final. All materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, every winner and his/her parent consent to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by the Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants and their parents release and hold harmless Sponsor, their parent company, affiliates, agencies, Tenthwave Digital and their employees, officers, directors and shareholders ("Releasees") from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize awarded or participation in any Prize-related activity.

11. Internet:

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or due to any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, equipment failure, including overloading of a website due to excessive use, threatened terrorist act(s), terrorist act(s), air raid(s), blackout(s), act(s) of public enemy, earthquake(s), war(s) (declared or undeclared), fire(s), flood(s), epidemic(s), explosion(s), unusually severe weather, hurricane(s), embargo(s), labor dispute(s) or strike(s) (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage(s), transportation interruption(s) of any kind, work slow-down(s), civil disturbance(s), insurrection(s), riot(s), or any other similar or dissimilar cause(s) beyond Sponsors' sole and reasonable control, then the Sponsor reserves the right at Sponsor’s sole discretion, to void any entries at issue, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the Prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Releasees assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, line failures of any kind including computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to access or submit the online registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or for destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Sweepstakes materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Releasees are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor or any Sweepstakes entry to be received on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.
